Terms of use

1. What LustScope is

LustScope is a search engine for adult videos. We help you find videos published on other websites; we do not host, upload, produce, edit or sell any videos, and we have no editorial control over them.

2. Third-party content – we host no videos or images

No video or live stream shown on LustScope is stored on our servers, and images are stored only as cached previews (see below). All of them belong to and are delivered directly by third-party websites (currently: Eporner, Pornhub, RedTube, HClips, Txxx, HdZog, HotMovs, Upornia, Manysex, ooxxx, Pornl, TubePornClassic, Vjav, Senzuri, DesiPorn, OurGay, TheGay, ShemaleZ, xShemale, BongaCams):

  • Videos play in the official player (embed) of the source website, loaded from that website’s servers.
  • Preview images are loaded directly from the source websites’ servers; we only display the link to them. Exception: for HClips, Txxx, HdZog, HotMovs, Upornia, Manysex, ooxxx, Pornl, TubePornClassic, Vjav, Senzuri, DesiPorn, OurGay, TheGay, ShemaleZ, xShemale (TubeCorporate program), at the provider’s request, preview images are temporary copies kept in a cache on our server; the videos themselves remain hosted by the source.
  • Live cams belong to the respective cam platforms; clicking one takes you to their website.
  • We only keep, temporarily and automatically, text information supplied by the sources’ public APIs: titles, tags, durations, view counts and links, plus automatic translations of the titles. Their content is the responsibility of the source websites.
  • The only files we host are the site’s own: design, icons, the texts we wrote (for example category descriptions and these terms).

The source websites are solely responsible for the content they publish, for holding the rights to it, for the consent of the people appearing in it and for verifying that they are of age (including the records required by law, such as 18 U.S.C. §2257). Any question about a video should be addressed to the website that hosts it. Links to third-party websites do not mean that we endorse or control them, and their terms and privacy policies apply.

3. Minimum age

Access is allowed only to people aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). If you are a minor, or if such material is illegal where you are, leave this site. The site carries the RTA label, recognised by parental control filters.

4. Prohibited content

We automatically block searches and results that suggest the involvement of minors, lack of consent, sexual violence, animals, incest or recordings made without the consent of the people involved. The filter is not perfect; any problematic result can be reported (see section 7) and will be removed from our results.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. Because the content comes from third parties, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, availability or legality and we are not responsible for it, nor for the ads served by third-party networks. As soon as we learn of illegal content, we remove it from our results.

6. Privacy and cookies

What data we process, why, for how long and what rights you have is explained in the privacy policy. Advertising cookies load only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.

7. Reporting illegal content, DMCA and contact (DSA)

Every video page has a “Report this video” button. In the report, explain why you believe the content is illegal or infringes your rights; you may add your name and email (optional for reports of child sexual abuse material) and confirm that the information is accurate. If you leave an email, we confirm receipt and let you know our decision and the reasons for it.

We remove reported content from our results within 48 hours. Since we do not host the video, it can only be deleted permanently by the source website – please contact it as well. If you disagree with our decision, reply to our email and we will review it again; you may also turn to the competent authorities or courts.
