1. Who we are

LustScope is a search engine: we do not host videos or images and we have no user accounts. We collect as little data as possible.

We do not store real IP addresses in our database, we do not create profiles and we do not sell data. The hosting provider and Cloudflare may keep technical server logs for security, under their own policies.
3. Third parties
- Content providers (Eporner, Pornhub, RedTube, HClips, Txxx, HdZog, HotMovs, Upornia, Manysex, ooxxx, Pornl, TubePornClassic, Vjav, Senzuri, DesiPorn, OurGay, TheGay, ShemaleZ, xShemale, BongaCams): players, images and live cams load directly from their servers, so they receive your IP address and may set their own cookies. They are independent controllers; their privacy policies apply. Exception: HClips, Txxx, HdZog, HotMovs, Upornia, Manysex, ooxxx, Pornl, TubePornClassic, Vjav, Senzuri, DesiPorn, OurGay, TheGay, ShemaleZ, xShemale preview images are served from our cache, so the provider does not receive your data for them (their player does).
- Advertising networks: their scripts and cookies load only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner. They may use cookies for ad measurement and personalisation, under their own policies.
Some of these companies are located outside the European Economic Area; transfers take place under their own safeguards (for example the EU standard contractual clauses).
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time (from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page). Because we store almost no identifying data, we may need you to tell us, for example, the email used in a report. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in Romania: ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro.
5. Minors
The site is intended exclusively for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
